Suitable candidates should have the expertise to perform ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellation, refunds, customer support via chat or call and resolve all client issues with exceptional customer service skills. Good knowledge of GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan will be expected from all candidates.
We are looking for candidates with good English written, verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Salary not an issue for deserving candidates.
