Designation - Trade Mark Advisor
Job Responsibility:
1)Call clients from provided leads by the company and help them with Trademark registration, guiding and giving advises to clients
for Trademark of their Businesses)
2)Work as an advisor to the customers, and guide them for their
Business registrations
3)Handle customer requests over phone and email on a daily basis, outbound calls.
4)Respond to customer requests within the accepted turn-around time
5)Convert provided leads into Sales.
6)Complete tasks like filing of forms, applying for licenses, etc., towards completion of engagement
Complete all assigned tasks on-time
