Handling of prepaid and postpaid transactions
Edit Orders under the request received from Customers.
Inform the Customers about any update regarding their orders.
Provide Information required by the other Departments.
Assist the Finance Team regarding any report or any clarifications raised by them.
Report to the Management regarding any outstanding issues and any potential errors.
Provide Reports required by Management time to time.
Communication with Payment Gateways on Bank credit, Refund to customers any other issues which needs to be resolved.
Any update regarding orders should be informed to the concerned Departments in order to proper fulfillment of orders.
Follow procedures given by the management towards the fulfillment of responsibilities.
Proper Credit should be given to Customers as informed. (I.e., both cash and non-cash).
Undertake accounts Reconciliation periodically.
Respond promptly and completely to both Customer and Internal Enquires.
Provide accurate advice on billing queries.
Handle Disputed Bills and Customers as per procedures laid down by the Management.
Respond and fulfill any others job required from time to time.
Resolve all problems for clients, copy invoices, proof of delivery, credit notes, and liaise internally to progress any problems that are being handled in any other department.
