Job Description
Plan and oversee daily feed production to meet poultry farm requirements efficiently and on schedule.
Manage and supervise feed production: scheduling, monitoring, evaluations, and task delegation.
Monitor and control raw material inventory: procurement, storage, and minimal waste.
Ensure stock availability for day-to-day feed production.
Coordinate with procurement and nutrition teams for consistent supply and correct feed formulation.
Operate and optimize production processes for efficiency and minimal downtime.
Enforce safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance (GMP, HACCP, ISO).
Maintain accurate records for production, quality, inventory, and performance.
Resolve production or quality issues to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.
Support product development and feed formulation with nutritionists or R&D teams.
Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch and delivery of finished feed.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives in production processes and workforce development.
Develop and manage production budget; analyze costs and operational efficiency.
Stay updated on trends, regulations, and innovations for compliance and competitiveness.
