Job Description
Purpose of Role
Primarily Revenue and volume driver of the product.
Establishing Magma brand amongst the stakeholders i.e. Customers, Dealers
Principal Responsibilities
- Achieving monthly/annual targets rolled out on volumes,IRR,no of units,and quick delinquency resolution.
- Conceptualising, planning and executing Sales Promotion Campaigns
- Creating 3rd Party distribution and servicing through Connectors/Builders/DSAs, Empanelment of new connectors, conducting a weekly review of Connector, Ensuring payouts to Connectors on time.
- Giving regular feedback on Major Institutions, and updating on competition activities.
- Revenue generation through Insurance and processing fees, and ensuring Insurance penetration minimum at 60-70%.
- Collecting Legal & Technical papers and closing the files.
- Creating a referral pool(2 references) from each customer, and Ensuring complete customer satisfaction right from prospecting to login to disbursement
- Timely resolution of OTC (Deferrals) and PDDs
- Maintaining discipline as per organisation policies and procedures and reporting as per company designed system
- Collection responsibility of resolving 1-90 of cases allocated
