Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell company products/services to retailers, distributors, or end customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Participate in product demonstrations, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns
• Conduct market visits and collect competitor information.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support. Required Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently Preferred Requirements
• Two-wheelers with a valid driving license. Western India Cashew Company Pvt. Ltd
• Knowledge of the local Calicut market is an added advantage.
