Trainee Talent Acquisition Executive (US Recruiter)
Please note:
Male or female both will work.
We never hire individually, always hire on batches.
Shift: Night
Location- Indore/Raipur
Timing for Male: anytime between (6 pm to 6 am) Time will be decided by Management.
Timing for Female: 8 pm to 5:30 am
Job description:
· Identify candidates to fill internal and client openings through cold calling, internet recruiting, referral generation, social networking etc.
· Review resumes, conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and reference checks
· Understand and summarize candidate's key strengths, liabilities, and requirements
· Maintain contractor relationships to foster future business and identify new opportunities through existing clients
· Proactively recruit and maintain relationships with highly sought after candidates for client marketing
Requirements:
· Must have excellent Communication skills
· Ability to assess a candidate's technical ability; identify and match candidate's behavioral traits
· Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results-oriented
· Creative and resourceful to provide solutions to both the sales force and clients
· Strong organizational skills
· Team player
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree is required
