TRAINER  FOOD SAFETY-As a trainer you will be responsible for delivering the training related to food safety and Schedule-IV. The position requires decent personality, thorough in-depth knowledge of the subject, strong communication, public speaking technique and soft skills. Applicants must have extensive knowledge of the food and feed producing industry. You will be initiating and conducting training in various places, which would require frequent travelling. Tasks And Responsibilities

• Preparation of training materials & manuals

•Preparation of PowerPoint presentations as per modules

•Designing of training activities to be conducted during training

• Conduction of training

• Assessment of trainees after the training

•Getting feedback from the trainees.

• Co-ordination with the on-field team for successful completion of the training.

• Handling training related issues during the training.

•Compilation of data & responsible for MIS.

• Record keeping and storage of files, while maintaining traceability.

• Keeping abreast of developments, issues and legislative changes pertaining to

Food safety topics

.Requirements

 • Graduate in Food Science/ Food Technology

• Minimum experience of 5 years in the Food industry (only production/ quality control/        quality assurance/ RD would be considered as relevant) Experience of conducting food safety training.

Desirable –

Training experience in an educational institutes/ auditing agency or certification bodies are desirable.
