Communication (V&A) & Customer Service Trainer for Service Desk & L2 Projects
This is a 24/7 job.
Work timings are based on shifts of the project to which training is being delivered.

English Grammar
Phonetics
Customer Service
US & UK Culture
Responsibilities:
Floor Support Training – This covers the major scope (90%) of training responsibilities. A training methodology, where the trainer stays on the floor with the team and provides individual coaching/ feedback to the target audience
Classroom Training – The scope of delivering classroom training is less (10%) as compared to floor support. The following subjects fall under the purview of class-room training.
Accent Neutralization
Communication Skills
Customer Service Skills
Telephone Etiquette
Culture Sensitization (US, UK and any others as per requirement)
Email Etiquettes & Writing Skills
Industry Trainings – These are Accenture specific trainings which requires the trainer to learn the subjects.
Content Development – Develop content on training, as and when required.
