Job Description
Training Coordinator Job Description:
- Handle all the IT course enquiries via voice and non-voice process
- Inform about our IT Online Training services such as Individual Online Training, Corporate Online Training and Corporate Offline Training.
- Deliver proper information about course curriculum, course fee, course duration, recorded video sessions access etc to the Enquirer.
- Prepare and maintain training curricula, course user groups, knowledge assessments, and user accounts in the CRM software.
- Communicate and coordinate with the Trainers/ Instructors and the training participants and conduct demo sessions and training batch sessions.Follow-up of enquiries that are inboxed from various countries and make a record of them in the CRM software.
- Flexible enough to work in a team.Good negotiating skills and convincing skills.
- Any graduate with 0 to 3 years of work experience in BPO/Call Center/CRM/Online Sales etc
- Good communication skills in English is a must.
- Strong determination to work
- Commitment to work with us for 1 year minimum
- Flexible enough to work in shifts.
