Job Description
- Handling enquirers and getting the enrollments done by telecalling.
- Performing counseling & career guidance for students/professionals by telecalling.
- Counselling of Students / parents on courses offered.
- Converting prospect into Admissions.
- Resolving candidate queries relating to course offered.
- Willingness to grow within the segment & lead in future
- Maintaining day to day reports as required.
- NOTE: Minimum Qualification - GRADUATION
- Good communication skills (English) & pleasing personality.
- Its a day shift, Tele-counselling role from office.
- Role include Counselling of Students / parents.
- Should be comfortable with outbound calls on refined database.
- Immediate hiring for suitable candidates.
- Candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working. ( Monday Fixed Off)
