Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Training Counsellor to manage student admissions, provide career guidance, and represent our training programs at colleges and institutes across India. The role involves frequent travel, excellent communication, and presentation skills, and the ability to guide students toward making informed educational and career choices. In addition to admissions counseling, the candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations of the training center and ensuring smooth coordination of training activities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Student Admissions and Counseling

Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries related to admissions for various training programs.

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding course offerings, career pathways, and eligibility criteria.

Maintain follow-up communication with leads and convert inquiries into successful admissions.

Assist students in understanding the course content, fees, schedules, and documentation requirements.

Maintain an updated admissions database and share weekly reports with management.
2. College Visits & Pan-India Travel

Represent the training institute at colleges, universities, career fairs, and educational events across India.

Deliver compelling presentations to college students, faculty, and placement officers to promote the institute’s courses.

Organize and coordinate on-campus seminars, aptitude tests, awareness drives, and promotional campaigns.

Network with college principals, training & placement officers, and faculty for collaboration and student outreach.
3. Training Center Management

Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the training center, including scheduling, student queries, and trainer coordination.

Ensure classroom facilities, materials, and equipment are well-maintained and available for training sessions.

Support trainers and students during training programs to ensure a smooth learning experience.

Maintain attendance records, feedback forms, and administrative paperwork.
4. Presentation and Communication

Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations tailored to diverse audiences during campus visits or counseling sessions.

Conduct group counseling sessions, webinars, and workshops in schools, colleges, and online platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging and informative presentations and marketing material.

Respond to student and parent inquiries via email, phone, and in person with clarity and professionalism.
5. Career Guidance and Counseling

Offer personalized career guidance based on students' educational background, interests, and career goals.

Help students understand current industry trends, job opportunities, and relevant training programs.

Support students with confidence-building, interview preparation, resume writing, and exam readiness.
6. Reporting and Coordination

Submit timely reports on college visits, student interactions, admissions achieved, and travel schedules.

Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to plan outreach activities.

Maintain strong communication with the head office and share feedback on market trends and student needs.
