Job Description
Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Help customers identify the right adventure travel package (type, location, cost, etc.)
- Respond rapidly to visitors who come to our site.
- Ensure customers enjoy a smooth trip - in both booking and during travel.
- Resolve any customer complaints or dissatisfaction - work constructively and positively with both customers and tour operators.
- Build long-term relationships with loyal customers.
- Monitors competition and can sell / promote Mojhi versus competitors.
- Ensure company continues to enjoy high growth in sales revenue by selling packages to customers.
- No field work
- University education - any graduate
- Computer/technology literate - able to use basic computer applications, including docs, spreadsheets, etc.
- 1-2 years on a sales or customer service role at Business to Business (B2B) or Business to Consumer company (B2C) - preferred but not mandatory
- Proven track record in generating sales revenue and/or providing high quality of customer care - preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in a small and/or startup company a bonus.
