Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred. Relevant certifications (IATA, CTH, or others) are highly advantageous.

Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of travel industry trends, airline systems, hotel operations, visa processes, and travel insurance.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or equivalent booking platforms.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients.

Sales Orientation: Ability to upsell and cross-sell travel products while maintaining client satisfaction.

Problem-Solving: Quick thinker who can manage unexpected travel disruptions and provide viable solutions.

Multitasking: Efficiently handle multiple client requests and bookings simultaneously without compromising quality.

Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling travel itineraries, bookings, and documentation to avoid errors.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
