Key Responsibilities

Advising Clients: Provide expert advice on travel options, including destinations, flights, accommodation, and local attractions. Help clients choose the best options based on their preferences, budget, and travel goals.

Itinerary Creation: Develop customized travel itineraries, taking into account the client's preferences, such as preferred airlines, hotels, activities, and excursions. Ensure all details, including transfers, accommodation, and activities, are included in the itinerary.

Travel Packages: Promote and sell travel packages to clients, which may include everything from flights and accommodations to guided tours and local experiences. Stay informed about the latest travel trends, package deals, and promotions to provide clients with up-to-date options.

Flight and Hotel Bookings: Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements using booking systems and global distribution systems (GDS) like Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.

Tour and Activity Reservations: Arrange tours, activities, and excursions, ensuring they are properly booked and confirmed with providers.

Travel Documentation: Assist clients with the required travel documentation, including visas, passports, and health requirements. Ensure clients have all the necessary documents before departure.
