Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning, recommending suitable packages, and converting leads into confirmed sales. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:-
Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.

Recommend customized domestic and international travel packages.

Convert inquiries into sales through proactive follow-up and relationship building.

Book transportation, accommodations, tours, and other travel services.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and regulations.

Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the booking process.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Manage travel documentation, invoicing, and reporting in the CRM system.

Work collaboratively with the operations and support teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or related field (BBA/MBA preferred).

0–2 years of experience in sales or customer service (travel industry experience is a plus).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Passion for travel and destination knowledge.

Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking tools; CRM experience is a plus.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

6-day work week (Monday to Saturday)

Willingness to work on weekends and holidays during peak seasons

Office-based role, with occasional travel for training or familiarization trips
