Travel Sales Executive
Job Description
We're seeking talented individuals to join our travel sales process. As a Travel Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for selling travel packages, including tour packages, flight tickets, and hotel arrangements.
Job Responsibility:
Sell travel packages to customers via outbound calls, Book flight tickets, hotels, and tour packages for customers.
Requirements:
-Fluent in Spoken English (V5)
-Graduate/Undergraduate
-Freshers & Experienced both are welcome
-Any 6month sales experience
Salary:
Fresher: 24.5k CTC
Experience: 28k CTC (23.4k in-hand) + unlimited incentives
Shift timing:- 8am-9:30pm (any 9hrs shift)
-Rotational off
Location:- Airoli
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Lead Generation
-
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and walk-in customers.

Sell domestic and international travel packages to individuals, groups, and corporate clients.

Promote special deals, seasonal offers, and customized travel experiences.

Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert them into sales.
2. Client Consultation & Itinerary Planning

Understand customer preferences, budgets, and travel requirements.
-
Suggest suitable destinations, travel plans, and accommodations.

Create customized travel itineraries, including transport, stay, activities, and sightseeing.

Provide guidance on visa processes, travel insurance, currency exchange, and local laws.
3. Booking & Reservations
-
Make reservations for flights, trains, hotels, and transportation services.

Coordinate with suppliers, tour operators, and travel agencies for smooth bookings.
-
Ensure all travel documents (tickets, vouchers, confirmations) are accurate and delivered on time.
4. Customer Relationship Management
-
Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.

Handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support in a professional manner.

Update customers on travel advisories, new destinations, and upcoming offers.
5. Market Research & Product Knowledge

Stay updated on travel trends, emerging destinations, and competitor offerings.

Attend travel fairs, tourism events, and training sessions to improve product knowledge.

Develop in-depth knowledge of tour packages, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
6. Reporting & Target Achievement

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
