Job Description

We are looking for passionate Travel Sales Executive for our organization based at Cochin.
Required:

Degree in Tourism/ Travel Management.

Should have tour package selling experience of atleast 6 months.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel requirements.

Sell travel products and services including flights, hotels, tours, and insurance.

Provide expert travel advice and suggest suitable travel packages.

Handle booking processes and ensure accurate reservations.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.

Resolve any customer issues or complaints professionally.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.

Previous experience in sales or travel industry.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Passion for travel and customer service.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
