• Execute travel queries for clients, sales managers and knowledge of train, taxi, flight and hotel bookings.
• Maintain relationships in day to day operations with the concerned vendors and execute the related work.
• Maintain reports related to travel bookings.
• Support sales managers and employees in the passport procurement process.
• Provide in urgent situation support to clients and employees after office hours.

• Good communication skills.
• Basic MS word Knowledge is must.
• Prefer candidates from corporate industry background.

Desired candidates:

• Qualification: Undergraduates, Graduates & 12th Pass.
• Job Location: Delhi
• Shift Timings: Day 
• Working Days: 6
• Salary: 10,000 ctc to 15,000 ctc p.m

Jobs Responsibilities :-

• Responsible for handling inbound calls pertaining to travel queries
• Respond effectively on given queries coming from overseas.
• Discuss client requirements and advise on suitable options.
• Experience in handling Foreign Clients for Inbound Travel.
• Job required a good understanding and knowledge of Travel and Tourism (Destination of
• India and Indian Sub-continent).
• Communicate with clients, providing a solution for their query and hence generating
• more business for the company.

• Communicate effectively after identifying opportunities for improvements, efficiencies.
• Maintain high standard of service, confidence, satisfaction and loyalty.

Education & Experience:

• Graduate / Post Graduate degree and 0-1 years of experience in inbound and outbound Tours
• Candidate Must have Excellent Communication.
