Maintain consistency in formatting and presentation across all documents.
4. Report Preparation & Documentation

Assist in preparing structured reports, summaries, or digital records.

Organize files and folders for easy retrieval.

Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
5. Communication & Coordination

Communicate with supervisors or clients regarding work status and requirements.

Submit completed assignments within deadlines.
