UI Designer and Front-end Angular Developer eLearning Platform

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Design innovative and next-generation UI/UX for Web Applications and Mobile Native Apps that help people obtain career-based skills and online training & education
• Design conversational and graphical user interfaces for multiple modules within Instancy’s next intelligent learning platform
• Develop front-end in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript (Angular framework)
• Mobile responsive application design and Progressive Web App development

What Education Background and Work Experience are Needed:

• Bachelor's in computer science or cognitive science with emphasis on UI/UX, Human-Computer Interface (HCI)
• Experience in designing and developing modern UI/UX based applications using material design principles
• Experience in designing enterprise web application and apps like web portals with business workflows, content management, knowledge management, talent management and related fields
• Understanding of artificial intelligence, conversational interfaces, voice interfaces and data analytics
• Experience in rapid wireframing and prototyping
• Graphic design and animation design (2D, 3D) a strong plus
• 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design and Front-end development experience

• Research industry trends in UI/UX, eLearning and Knowledge Management

What are the Required Skills and Experience:

• Material Design and mobile responsive frameworks including Bootstrap 4 and experience working on cross-browser support for the most recent internet browser
• Convert visual designs into standards compliant, responsive, HTML & CSS
• Experience developing web front-end using JavaScript, Typescript and Angular framework
• Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and product protypes using best practices and UI guidelines for Android and iOS and responsive web applications
• Create and maintain UI style guide including UI standards, UX patterns and web framework library
• Working knowledge of Progressive Web Apps and Mobile responsive designs
• Experience working with Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and Figma.

·       Experience working in an Agile and iterative product development style
