Job Description
As a Senior UI Developer with 9 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of high-performance, scalable web interfaces that drive user engagement. You will bridge the gap between creative design and technical execution, ensuring seamless user experiences across diverse platforms and devices. This role demands a strategic thinker who can mentor junior developers, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sophisticated digital products.
Lead the development of complex, responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Architect and maintain robust, reusable component libraries and design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across the enterprise.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility across mobile and desktop environments.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and high-fidelity mockups into functional, high-quality code.
Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers to maintain high coding standards.
Implement industry best practices for web accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and security within the frontend architecture.
Integrate frontend components seamlessly with RESTful APIs and complex backend microservices.
Drive the adoption of modern frontend build tools, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in high-traffic production environments.
Stay abreast of emerging frontend technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions for evolving business needs.
