Role and Responsibilities
1) Understanding of Customer Project Delivery – Standard Scope based and Custom
a. Revenue and order tracking with impact
b. Volume tracking
c. Very Large/ Complex/ Multiple Regions or Global
d. High/ Very High Risk
e. High/ Very High Complexity Legal & Commercial Issues
f. Project Hold Reason and Blocker – Issue Categories and actions
g. Working with stakeholders to mitigate the Blockers
h. Project Hygiene
i. WW Project Backlog and Health
j. Delivery TAT
k. Remote Deployment Compliance
l. Project Issue Tracking
2) Understanding of Project Financials
a. Project delivery efforts – Timecard
b. Forecasts for management
3) Manages Client Relationships
a. Manages complex/ multifunction and/ or global delivery relationships with senior and executive
client management
b. Communicates the direct value of our capabilities; provide to our business partners & geos
