Job Description
1. System Installation & Configuration
Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and related software.
Set up new systems, hardware, and applications based on organizational requirements.
2. System Monitoring & Maintenance
Monitor system performance and ensure availability of all IT infrastructure.
Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.
3. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
Identify, analyze, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Provide technical support and root cause analysis for system failures.
4. Server & Infrastructure Management
Manage Windows/Linux servers and maintain system environments.
Ensure proper functioning of storage, backup, and virtualization systems.
5. Security Management
Implement security policies, firewalls, and antivirus systems.
Monitor systems for security vulnerabilities and apply necessary fixes.
6. Backup & Disaster Recovery
Maintain backup systems and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.
Test disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
