Job Description
Key Roles
Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and connectivity problems.
Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Provide remote and onsite technical support.
Responsibilities
Install and configure operating systems, software, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
Perform regular system updates, patches, and antivirus maintenance.
Monitor and respond to support tickets within SLA timelines.
Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Perform data backup and recovery activities when required.
Set up conference rooms, video conferencing systems, and collaboration tools.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Ensure all IT assets are properly tracked and maintained.
