Job Description
- We are looking for a person who has a passion for design, good aesthetic sense and strong analytical skills (we don- t need a rocket scientist).
- The ideal candidate will be a product person who can empathize with the users. Someone who is willing to go the extra mile to build products; someone who knows what it takes to launch products, not just build proof-of-concept prototypes.
- An individual who is curious, and willing to look beyond the mundane stuff.
- Work closely with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, product managers to create simple, easy to use software.
- Brainstorm, research, wireframe, design and refine user experiences - all within specified product requirements and deadlines.
- Deliverables include wireframes, workflow diagrams, interactive mockups and prototypes.
- Rapid prototyping and innovation of new user experiences and concepts.
- Help develop processes and collaterals for moving designs to development.
- Help drive standardization of UX concepts and core UI framework.
- Help drive development of prototyping platform for product development.
- Need to be passionate about networking and ecommerce domains.
- Need to be excellent in all versions on web design from desktop to app.
