Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role combines elements of user interface (UI) design and user experience (UX) research and strategy, requiring a deep understanding of user behavior, strong design skills, and the ability to translate functional requirements into visually appealing and easy-to-use digital interfaces.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a passion for improving the usability and accessibility of digital products. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, design wireframes and prototypes, and ensure seamless and delightful user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. User Experience (UX) Design

Conduct user research to identify user goals, pain points, and behaviors.

Develop user personas, user journeys, site maps, and information architecture.

Create wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas.

Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to refine and improve designs.
2. User Interface (UI) Design

Design pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI mockups for websites, web apps, and mobile applications.

Define and maintain design systems, component libraries, and visual guidelines.

Ensure designs are consistent, responsive, and aligned with brand identity.

Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define product goals and requirements.

Collaborate with developers throughout the development lifecycle to ensure user-centered design execution.

Present and explain design ideas and prototypes to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
4. Design Research and Innovation

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.

Analyze competitor products and conduct market research to inform design direction.

Explore and propose new tools, workflows, or processes that improve design quality and efficiency.

Participate in design critiques and contribute to a culture of continuous feedback and learning.
Technical and Design Skills
-
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of front-end development (not required to code but to communicate effectively with developers).

Familiarity with tools like Miro, Whimsical, Zeplin, or similar collaboration platforms.

Experience with usability testing tools and analytics platforms such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, or UXCam is a plus.
Soft Skills

Strong visual design and creative skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
