Job Description

United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites application for the position Technical Support and Training Associate

Education: Bachler’s degree in Agriculture or Economics or Business/Rural Management or Rural Development Studies or equivalent from a reputed university. Master’s degree is desirable.

Experience:

a) 4−6 years’ experience in implementing developmental projects related to agricultural extension, technological adoption, agricultural finance, or insurance; agriculture related schemes implementation etc.

b) Field Experience in handling Crop Cutting in India to manage the CCE technology solution program with state level agencies.

c) Hands on experience of working in remote sensing sector on agriculture related schemes.

d) Hands on experience of working directly with farmers and State level field functionaries will be an advantage.

Language Requirement: Excellent oral and writing skills in English and Hindi

Travel: Limited travel as and when required to discharge official duties
