Urban Planner/Urban Infrastructure Specialist recruitment in Regional Centre for Urban & Environmental Studies Lucknow

Urban Planner/01 Post

Qualification :  Bachelor in Planning (Town Planning) or Masters in Planning in (Urban Planning/Environment Planning/Urban & Regional Planning), Master's degree in Environment or in conservation from reputed university. Professional work experience of 3 years in the field of urban planning, urban design, transportation planning, landscape planning, site and building regulations zoning. Technical competency in Mapping and GIS, AutoCAD drawing layers, drawing scales; Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, in-design, 3-D, sketch-ups, rendering, Comfort / working knowledge of laws and policies governing the physical shape of cities. Must be able to deliver multiple projects from Concept to Detailed planning, Should have reasonably fast at report writing, 3D modelling and rendering skills with ability to deliver at a professional level. Knowledge of and Ability to interpret Building Codes, Zoning Laws and Planning Guidelines and be in a position to make decisions and drive the design process. Should be able to develop Urban Design Guidelines and development criteria for planning areas Able to Lead design and project delivery on projects at multiple scales Should be able to work with a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate the infrastructure design and integration of the whole project.

Remuneration : Rs.35,000/- PM

Urban Infrastructure Specialist/01 Post

Qualification :  Masters in Engineering having (Specialization in Public health/Water Supply/Urban Infrastructure/Transportation/Environment/Solid Waste Management.  Have a broad range of experience in urban infrastructure and a strong background in public health engineering especially water supply and sanitation.  Have at least 3 yrs. Experience in designing and managing municipal infrastructure projects.  Be very familiar with the laws and procedures of the Indian municipal environment . Innovate bent of mind, Analytical and Problem solving skills.  Data Analysis/Report writing; business and technical correspondence. Good Communication Skills / Team Building and Leadership Skill . Excellent written and oral communication skills . Proficient in working on Computer Desirable : . Prior working knowledge with Urban Local Bodies.
