Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Oracle DB Support Executive to provide technical assistance and maintenance support for our Oracle database systems. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Oracle DB administration and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a technical support role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for Oracle database-related issues
Monitor database performance and ensure system availability
Perform basic troubleshooting and escalation
Assist in routine maintenance, backup, and recovery tasks
Work with senior DBAs and IT teams to resolve complex issues

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Basic knowledge of Oracle DB and SQL queries
Good understanding of database structures and troubleshooting
Freshers with Oracle knowledge or certifications can apply
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Skills:

Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Manager, Grid Control, or similar monitoring tools.

Good understanding of Unix/Linux shell scripting for automation is a plus.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Certifications such as Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) or Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) are a plus.
