ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Well Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants and US staffing Industry.
- Good experience in marketing Bench Consultants Marketing GC & Citizen Bench Consultants Good understanding of the various technologies in IT Recruitment and broad understanding of how the market works, etc
- A great opportunity for an experienced, high-volume Bench Sales recruiter to join our growing team.
- The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring experienced Sales professionals as well as providing ad hoc support to corporate recruitment
- Work with existing vendors as well as generate new vendor contacts to be able to position your bench consultants Identify assess prioritize qualify and close new business opportunities.
- Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards, and social networking sites and apply for consultants.
- Accordingly, market them to prospective job openings Deep knowledge Marketing the consultant resumes of different skill sets and placing them mainly on a C2C basis.
- Able to Handle and Turn H1 B Transfers and Referrals on to our W2 Consultants.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Submit the candidates for the suitable positions and follow up with Vendors on the Phone regarding the rates and client interviews.
- This role requires a high-touch focus with both the candidates and the hiring managers.
- We are looking for recruiting subject matter experts on all components of high-volume sales recruiting.

- Will manage the entire recruiting life-cycle and actively participate in all recruiting initiatives Leverage diverse 'toolbox' of creative and traditional sourcing techniques, efficiently screen candidate resumes against required skill sets
