Job Description
We
are currently hiring aspiring and qualified Individuals/Freshers to join our
team in Bangalore Karnataka for Recruiting/Marketing activities in USA for our clients.
Hired employees will be given orientation, training and all the required
guidance to perform the expected tasks. This is a Night Shift position starting
at 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM. This position offers attractive starting salaries and attractive
incentives. No prior relevant experience required.
Responsibilities:
- 1) Work on IT
Recruitment
- 2) Work with vendors/portals
to source candidates
- 3) Develop/maintain
relationship with candidates
- 4) Perform all
the required coordination activities
Qualifications
- 1) Bachelor’s
degree or higher
- 2) First class
(60% or above marks) in PUC and Bachelors
- 3) Excellent
communication skills in English: written and oral
- 4) Self-motivated
team player and possess high levels of integrity
- 5) Highly
ambitious, very hard working with a keen desire to grow
- 6) Existing
knowledge in information technology desired
- 7) Very punctual with excellent time-management skills.
