0 – 1 year of US staffing sourcing expertise in IT recruitment, consulting, and staffing support, as well as process development.

Knowledgeable with several forms of Work permits and Visas.

Ability to manage both contract and full-time demands.

Expose yourself to a variety of cost structures and ways to make the deal more profitable.

Assisting the team in reaching goals.

Have a thorough understanding of the recruitment and hiring process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, and closing.

Good closing and negotiating abilities, with a strong focus on applicants and relationship management.

Excellent interpersonal networking and communication skills for problem-solving.
