• Understand the clients' needs and meet their requirements by recruiting effectively and in a timely manner
• Utilize job boards, referrals, and other creative means like internet sites, social sites, personal network, and knowledge-base to identify qualified candidates for the clients
• Source and screen candidates, assessing candidate profiles to meet the needs of the candidate and company best
• Post job requirements on the internet to increase the candidate pool
• Work with the US staffs and clients to set up an interview with potential candidates
• Present job opportunities to potential consultants and negotiate contract terms along with competitive pay rates
• Complete reference checks and initial background checks on candidates
• Build relationships with clients and companies to understand their needs and successfully fill a range of light industrial and administrative roles
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Skills related to MS Office and PowerPoint are highly desired

• Must be results-oriented with a drive for success
• Must be a creative thinker and a good negotiator
