US IT Recruiters (2 to 5 years of Exp)
Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Qualified Candidates for Open positions
- Closely Work with Team Leads and Account Managers to identify the right Candidates
- Screen and Interview all potential Candidates
- Negotiating with candidates to get the candidates at best possible rates
- Follow the company process at every stage of recruitment process
- Submit Shortlisted candidates with the required details and follow-up with Team Leads for feedback
Required Skills:
- Experience in sourcing candidates via Job Portals, ATS(Application Tracking System), LinkedIn and References
- Good Knowledge is US Tax Terms: W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp (C2C)
- Experience in dealing with US work status like H1B, GC, EAD, US Citizen, TN Permit, etc
- Deep understanding of various technologies, roles in IT Industry & SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Strong ability to interpret job descriptions swiftly in order to run searches
- Ability to vet-out fake profiles
- Strong experience with the Complete recruitment life-cycle (Sourcing to Submission)
- Experience using any ATS (Applicant tracking system) is preferred
- Experience in searching, sourcing, preliminary interviewing, and salary negotiations
