- Working on Monster, Dice, Job serve, career builder, LinkedIn, and Google Arranging interview schedules for the shortlisted candidates
- Hands on experience on working for contract, contract to hire, permenant requirements types like W2, C2C and 1099.
- Well versed with US based tax terms.
- Should have good experience in working with Direct and Contract client requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Must be self-motivated, ability to work within a fast-paced environment, be a team player, and a have a high ethical standard.
- Strong work ethics; hardworking and driven.
- Strong organization skills and ability to be multi-tasking.
