Job Description: 

*Understand the clients needs and respond urgently by recruiting effectively and in a timely manner. 
*Screening the resumes based on technical skills, and communication skills Creating & maintaining effective & efficient Database for resourcing 
*Working on Monster, Dice, Job serve, career builder, LinkedIn, and Google Arranging interview schedules for the shortlisted candidates 
*Hands on experience on working for contract, contract to hire, permanent requirement types like W2, C2C and 1099. 
Well versed with US based tax terms. 
*Should have good experience in working with Direct and Contract client requirements. 
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must 
*Must be self-motivated, ability to work within a fast-paced environment, be a team player, and a have a high ethical standard. 
*Strong work ethics; hardworking and driven. 
*Strong organization skills and ability to be multi-tasking.
