Shift Timings - 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM, 7:00 PM - 4:00AM, 7:30PM - 4:30 AM
JOB Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling IT & Non IT requirements from US based clients.
- MUST HAVE Excellent Communication Skills (Mandatory).
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Ladders, LinkedIn etc.), Creating job postings on the Job Portal.
- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
- Should have thorough understanding of various IT /Engineering/ Healthcare/Pharmacology terminologies
- Evaluate candidates *strengths compared with clients* requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.
- Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
- Work with Account Executives to identify, Client skill sets, key market segments, assess clients* staffing requirements and build healthy Pipeline of the candidates.
- Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive team environment.
- Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting *best practices* and providing accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in our applicant tracking system or other documentation tools.
- Should have excellent communication skill
- Should be from US recruitment background
- Good interpersonal and team coordination skills
- Must be proactive & self-driven.
- Must be a quick thinker.
