The role requires sourcing and full cycle recruiting for US vacancies, hence the person needs to be creative in finding solutions and be able to interact with candidates with great ease and fluency. Above all, we are looking at someone who is a fast learner, creative and sincere. 

Responsibilities and Duties

The role requires the incumbent to manage End to End Recruitment delivery to our marquee customers and internal business verticals. The candidate will

• Understand the job description and ‘map the skill requirements’
• Sourcing the resumes using creative techniques and tools
• Screening the candidate for ‘role fitment’
• Reach out to candidates and understand profile, conduct interviews
• Negotiate salary and other aspects
• Follow up and close the open vacancies

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Required

• Excellent verbal and written English
• Flexibility to accommodate customer needs
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  
• Adaptive, requires minimal supervision

Preferred

• 6 months experience working in Call Center or RPO
• Basic knowledge of various types of US recruitment contracts – Permanent, Contract, Contract to Hire etc
• Previous experience of working with job portals in sourcing resumes
