Job Description
- Seeking young & Dynamic candidate with excellent communication skills and a go-getter attitude.
- We are currently looking for US IT/ Non IT Recruiters (Night Shift) for our office in Noida.
- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US-based clients.
- To understand requirements of clients resource need and deliver qualified consultants.
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates from the effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within the time frame.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate international job board like naukri, monster etc.
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Monitor and apply hr recruiting best practices.
- Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the rest of the team.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On-Boarding etc).
- Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search and Vendors.
- Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills.
- Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
- The candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation, Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
- Comfortable to work in night shift.
