Job Description
- Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
- At least 1 years of experience in US IT full cycle recruitment/ US Staffing Industry.
- Expert with US recruitment full life cycle.
- Must have experience working on Fulltime and W2 requirements.
- Fluent communication: Must be able to speak with US-based candidates properly.
- Good Negotiating skills: Must be able to negotiate rate/ salary with the US consultants.
- Must be aware of the latest technologies.
- Expert in Boolean search i.e. must be good in sourcing consultants from the various job portals.
- Must understand the US tax terms like W2, C2C, 1099 etc.
- Must have sound knowledge of US Visa like H1B/ H4/ L1/ L2/ GC/ EAD/ OPT/ CPT etc.
- Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc
