- Sourcing candidates through job Portals, social websites etc.
- Post positions to appropriate Internet sources
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Should have passion to make his/her career in US Staffing.
- Absolutely comfortable to work in night shifts.
- Should have excellent communication.
