Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user-centered designs, improving user experiences, and ensuring that our applications are visually appealing, intuitive, and easy to navigate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to understand needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Develop user flows, journey maps, and design systems to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements.
- Translate complex concepts into simple, engaging, and accessible designs.
- Ensure responsive design across devices and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (a plus).
- Knowledge of usability principles, accessibility standards, and design systems.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing for mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Motion/interaction design experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of branding and visual design principles.
