Job Description

We are seeking valuation assistant who can work from Sikkim and help us do Valuation works for the Banks.

Desired candidate must be from Science / Engineering background with bare minimum experience, we will provide full training.

Have strong written and verbal communication skills

Have a can-do attitude and collaborative mindset

Are capable of using a market-leading valuation platform

Demonstrate a desire for ongoing improvement

Have a current and valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities :

Market Research and Analysis: Perform thorough market research and analysis to assess the current market conditions, trends, and comparable sales data for the assets under valuation

Report Preparation: Prepare comprehensive valuation reports that adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements, summarizing findings, methodologies used, and supporting data analysis.
