Job Description
- Maintain Order Status sheet in Excel format for every order including sample received from the sales team.
- Raise Purchase Orders to our vendors with details of product or service being ordered.
- Call vendors and follow up on product availability.
- Call vendors and follow up on production status.
- Share all vendor related information with Production head.
- Maintain all vendors related billing information.
- Maintain vendor list with contact details and address.
- Raise delivery challans on formats provided.
- Monitor packing of goods at our production unit.
- Assist accounts team in filing and other work whenever possible.
