Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for senior level decision making and both day to day management and strategic direction of the organization
  • Handle day to day operations of Bench Sales and Recruitment department.
  • Candidate must be ready to travel to different cities since we have multiple offices.
  • Candidate must be ready to travel to USA if required. Expenses will be paid by company.
  • Deep underrating of USA Bench Sales industry.
  • Experience in US job background checks and on boarding process.
  • Strong people management skills, analytics skills, and management skills are must.
  • Setup performance based salary raise and incentives for all the employees.
  • Has to be a go getter. Work closely with owner and CEO of company to execute mission. CEO wants to take company public in next few years.
  • Knowledge of all US tax terms.
  • Negotiations skills has to be top notch.
  • Work closely with CEO to execute strategy for fast company growth.
  • Manage India offices and maintain discipline in office.
  • Meet targets and work delicately to meet company goals.
  • Supporting the conceptualization & design of Bench sales and US Recruitment strategic initiatives and help to drive the same
  • Experience in managing scale, design & implement large scale projects, change management & people management
  • Support the business for Bench Sales needs including Talent Management, Organization Effectiveness, design and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur
  • Conceptualize, Design, Develop, and Implement people strategies that enable the business to meet its short-term goals and prepare a strong foundation for sustainable growth in the future
  • Build people competencies aligned to business priorities through internal and external resources
  • Facilitate Employee Development activities like Mentoring, Coaching, Training, Induction
  • Design and Implement a Reward and Recognition framework and policies that ensure that rewards and recognition are aligned to Right Ways & Right Results
  • Manage a fair transparent performance review process to enable each individual to meet their perfor.mance goals
  • Create a work environment where each individual feel valued and is engage
