Location: Marol, Andheri, Working Days: 6 days a week,
Shifts: 9 AM- 6PM |10AM - 7PM.


Position: Video KYC Verification Specialist


Skills Required:
  • Video Calling
  • Communication
  • Calling
Responsibilities:
  • Engage in effective communication with candidates.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and video calls with the designated Point of Contact (POC) to facilitate verification closure.
  • Perform primary source verification of specified antecedents.
  • Join our dynamic team as a VKYC Specialist and contribute to the seamless verification process.
  • Apply your skills in video calling, communication, and calling to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of verifications.
  • The role involves engaging with merchants, conducting follow-up calls and video calls, and performing primary source verification tasks.
  • Play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our verification processes.
