Through care, education, emotional support, and community engagement, we strive to provide every child with opportunities for a brighter and more meaningful future.

We actively use digital storytelling and social media to share real moments, create awareness, and build a stronger community around the children and the work we do.

About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and creative Videographer Intern who can help us capture meaningful stories, everyday moments, events, workshops, and social impact content for our digital platforms.

This role is not just about shooting videos — it is about capturing emotions, real moments, and creating content that genuinely connects with people.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Shoot and edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
  • Capture day-to-day activities, workshops, events, celebrations, campaigns, and special moments at the Ashrama
  • Create engaging short-form content such as Reels and Shorts
  • Work closely with the team to plan and execute storytelling-based content ideas
  • Maintain video quality, audio, lighting, and editing standards
  • Organize and manage video files and content assets

Requirements :

  • 0–1 year of experience in videography or video editing
  • Good understanding of social media content and storytelling
  • Basic knowledge of editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
  • Creative mindset with willingness to learn and experiment
  • Comfortable working on-site during events and activities
  • Kannada communication skills are mandatory

Preferred Skills : 

  • Basic photography knowledge
  • Understanding of Instagram and YouTube content formats
  • Interest in social impact storytelling and NGO-related content
