Job Description
1. Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with phone calls
2. Managing and organizing meetings and appointments
3. Reminding the director of important tasks/deadlines
4. Managing files, records & documents
5. Taking dictation from the director
6. Organizing Google Calendar
7. Booking travel and accommodations
8. Managing a contact list
9. Communicating directly, and on behalf of the MD's
10. Sending reminders about meals and remind important dates of friends, and family
