Job Description
1. Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
2. Work on identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
3. Manage large amounts of incoming calls
4. Work on providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
5. Work on following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Coimbatore
5. have relevant skills and interests

1. Must have good communication skills and fluency in English (mandatory)
2. Must have trong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
3. Must have customer orientation skills and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
4. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Must be comfortable with night shifts or rotational ones
